I had Dylan R. and he was GREAT when he came on site.  He followed up with a phone call and emails to make sure we are doing OK.  He is very confident and knowledgeable which made me feel good.

I'm still very new to WTH/GIS. Every time I've called with questions or for assistance about a matter, Jennifer and/or Trevor has answered my questions, corrected the problem, or showed me how to correct the problem myself. Kudos to WTH and their staff!

Paul did a great job. In addition to getting the training we asked for, he showed us several useful tips and ideas that improve user-friendliness and the way we use our Think GIS. We were very happy with the training. Thanks very much!!

I wish I had the time to express how extremely helpful your customer service department (technical support team) is.  I place calls for assistance and know your complete staff on a first name basis.  As a police officer who deals with several vendors in the technical field, there is NO other technical support team that comes REMOTELY close to the service you provide at WTH.  I can go on and on and on.  I always speak to a live person within the first 30 seconds of a phone cal.  The staff: Dylan, Darren, Trevor and Keith are extrememly polite and empathetic.  You have established a 5 star technical support team.  Thank You!

Dear Ann and Steve:
Thank you very much for stopping by our office.  We enjoyed so much meeting you and sharing some time.  Thank you for the demonstration that I was able to share in.  Just sorry I had to leave so quickly.
We really appreciate having the use of WTH GIS.  I use your service every day at work.  Sometimes when I take work home I really appreciate having the same available at home.  Makes Assessor life so much easier.
You are a great company and a great group of people to work with.  We are very happy to be associated with you.  Barton Barker, an appraiser and currently one of our Commissioners, was instrumental in getting our office connected with the GIS you had set up with our Surveyor’s Office.  At the demonstration meeting we had with Keith I had never seen anyone so much in love with what he did for a living.  He is great.
You both are delightful people.  Once again thank you for coming by.

Hello Ann,
Thank you very much for stopping by.  It was a pleasure meeting you and Steve.  We have had very good working relationship with WTH from day one.  I spoke to Director Rust today and passed along some of the information shared during our discussion.  He also echoed the fantastic state of our relationship with WTH.  It is like he said, "It is unheard of these days to be able to call a software vendor and even have the call answered strait way, much less actually speak to a software engineer."  WTH is what a software vendor should be.  The care and support that is shown for your product by your employees is refreshing and appreciated
Best regards,
Jeff

The second call I received was a hysterical female stating that she had been run off of the road and flipped her truck 3 times. She was not sure what her injuries were, and was trapped inside the truck. I asked her where she was and all she could tell me was that she was on State Road 39 somewhere in between Lebanon, Indiana and Interstate 74 in a cornfield. I used GPS thru 911 Dispatch and located her on State Road 47.
Without your GPS it might have taken officers a little longer to locate the subjects. Luckily no one was seriously injured. We now have the capability to locate our callers.”

“I want to let you know that Charles and Jennifer have really been a great help to us this week. Charles stopped by and got some computer issues corrected. Jennifer has helped set up our parcels by placing photos with them as well. This is really going to help us when we are appraising property. We will always be sure we are at the correct house. Thank you again for all of your help and support. If I could only get everyone I do business with to go with your company I would really be happy.”

Rex,
“I just wanted to send you an email to let you know that Dylan was extremely helpful in assisting us with a wish list item. I asked for a link to open a Fire Box Plan to be available when we use the address find feature in Think GIS®. Currently, we would get the Fire Box Plan # only in the pop up window. My request was for the feature name to be hyperlinked so that the associated file would be opened. I was told that this may not be possible. During a discussion I had with Dylan today he came up with a good alternative. It shows me that your company is willing to listen to your customer and help create a “work around” when requested. I just wanted you to know.”

“I want to take a moment to thank you for the service your company provides to Beaufort County in the arena of public safety mapping. Your company has enabled the County to make the functions of GIS in our county interoperable.
As you know, Beaufort County is the home of Hilton Head Island. This community and the County of Beaufort have been growing by leaps and bounds over the past two decades. During that time, the County has needed to develop a very sophisticated GIS Department to keep abreast of this growth. The GIS Department in our county started many years ago with ESRI Arc Platform and is comfortable using Arc View to update the County’s GIS data.
However, we have found that the interface of the Arc View and your Think GIS® system to be most efficient in the public safety arena. Think GIS® is very intuitive GIS software that enables our law enforcement and emergency responders to use the platform as a mobile mapping tool in the daily performance of their duties. The movement of address and geographic data from the County’s GIS office into the Think GIS® software is virtually transparent. We are enabled to place new development and address data into our public safety mapping programs as soon as the information becomes available from the County’s GIS office. We are using your Think GIS® in the 911 center for our mapping and Phase II location. And the telecommunicators are at ease with the mapping software. We have several surrounding counties that we import the GIS data to show on the map for Public Safety use in multi-county events.
This interoperable feature allows us to keep our PSAP and mobile mapping tools updated with fresh information in our call center and over 265 first responder vehicles on a daily basis.
Your company’s responsiveness to our needs and the fact that the system is interoperable with our Computer Aided Dispatch and County GIS systems serves the citizens of Beaufort County well and enables the safety of all who live in our communities.”

We had an officer in pursuit, and the chase took him into another county. He got into a heavily wooded area. The other officers going in there could not locate him.
We finally had him call 911, which was received by the neighboring county and we were able to get his GPS coordinates and locate him. We were very grateful the neighboring county also had WTH mapping and are working on getting an even bigger regional agreement made.

“I think we got in on the ground floor with WTH and it’s the best thing we ever did. It helps all the offices work better. We do the mapping in our offices, the survey offices…and any time you need help, you just call and they take the time to work with you. I just love it.”

“I’ve been working with pre-plans for most of my career, and when we attended the last User Conference, we took some great classes. Now I've found out I can really take those pre-plans and put them right into the maps we use, which makes us much more efficient when time frames are critical.”
